My answers:

If I could be a gardner...I would have the best vegetable garden around and share the fruits of my labor with my friends.

If I could be a chef...I would have my own resturant and make lots of yummy foods.

If I could be a lawyer...I would only take honest people that really needed help and weren't looking to cheat the system or sue for lots of money over stupid little things.

If I could be an inn-keeper...I would have a really fancy house because the mortgage and costs of up keep would be covered under the cost to stay there.

If I could be a writer...I would write romantic comedies that ended the way they should "happy".
