Well five days ago we started potty training Jack. He is 27 months old which is older then Sarah and Adam were when they were offically labeled "potty trained". I think Jack just wasn't ready until now and I have to say he is doing quite well. Today he only had one accident about 30 minutes before bed so he made it through the rest of the day without a single accident. Now, I do know that a good day can be followed by a bad day, but at least I can be excited about today. He hasn't mastered the pooping part yet, but that will soon come. The potty part is pretty much down except for that one accident. We are very proud of him. It will be nice to only have one diaper to change when the new baby comes.

I still think of Jack as a baby, its hard to imagine him potty trained already!
Something for me to look forward too huh? That is something to be proud of.
I remember when I was training Olivia. She was just shy of 2. But it took her till almost 2 1/2 just to learn how to poop in the potty! lol I don't know what it is, but pee-pee is much easier then pooping. Good Luck, and Congratulations to Jack!
