We planted our garden on Sunday. We are growing from seeds so we needed to plant this early and since it is still too cold outside we planted indoors. Once these plants get nice and strong which should be around the time the weather is warm we will plant them in our garden outside. Actually, we are hoping our house sells before it's time to transplant them so we can just bring them with us where ever we go. This year in our garden we will have: Red onion, green onion, broccoli, spring mix greens (lettuce), jalapenos, green beans, Jubilee tomatoes (yellow), Big boy tomatoes (red), cherry and grape tomatoes, sweet corn, cucumbers, watermelon, carrots and basil. Sarah, Adam and Jack all have their own tray of veggies they planted. They picked out which vegetables they wanted and are in charge of taking care of them. It is fun seeing them excited about gardening. Jack was so particular about getting the soil even in each planter cup. It was funny to watch him. They all did a really good job.

I can see Jack doing that, I bet all the cups have the exact same amount :D
That's so cool, we were just talking about doing a garden too and making it be a family thing! But it's alittle late here to start it this year, so we will get it ready and prepared, then next year we will start! At least I think it's to late, I don't know a thing about gardening! lol
yeah we need to do that as well. It's part of our curriculum. And you said you didn't think you could homeschool! ;D LOL! Your doing it and didn't even know it!!
