Three course meal

Tonight for dinner I made a simple three course meal. Honey Mustard Chicken (pre-cooked that just needed warmed up, which is my kind of cooking, easy) in the oven, steamed veggies, and baked potato wedges. This is what the kids ate of the three courses:

Sarah: Just the potatoes and veggies. No chicken

Adam: Just the chicken.

Jack: Just the potatoes.

:D Isn 't that the way it goes though? So much for a balanced meal.

That sounds yummy!!! Simple is definately the way to go!

Wow, I think that sounds just like dinner at my house! Olivia is such a picky eater that she only eats maybe 1 of the things I will prepare each night. Usually I make the main meal (meat) and add a veggie and potato or noodles or something, and she usually eats the noodles! lol Now Zachary, he's just the opposite, he can't get enough of everything! lol
